The 126-year-old downtown Katz’s Deli on Houston and Ludlow sold its air rights. Although the developer’s identity is a mystery, Katz’s future is not. It’s here to stay and continue whipping up some of the best corn beef sandwiches in Manhattan. Current zoning allows structures up to 12 stories high.
